What data we process
The data you enter in the contact form: full name, company, email, phone if you provide it, city and country of the site, the information about your application (type of waste, volume, ATEX area, timing) and your message. Entering them is your choice: without the mandatory ones we cannot reply to you
The technical browsing data that the server records to keep the site running and protect it: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type
Why we process them
To reply to your request and contact you: the legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). The technical data are needed for the operation and security of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f))
We do not carry out profiling, we do not pass the data on to others for their own purposes and we do not use them for promotional communications
How long we keep them
Requests received through the form are kept for the time needed to handle them and, if no business relationship follows, for no more than 24 months. The technical browsing data are kept for the period set by the hosting service
Who can see them
The authorised staff of IFA Industry and the suppliers that work on our behalf as processors: the site hosting and form handling service (Netlify, Inc., United States) and the email service. Data are transferred outside the European Union with the safeguards of Articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation: an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing, by writing to info@ifaindustry.com
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country
Cookies
This site sets no cookies: no technical cookies, no profiling cookies, no third-party cookies. It uses no analytics tools, which is why no banner appears
Fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself, with no calls to other services. Links to our partners’ websites lead away from this site: their own notices apply there
